LSAT Test Day Complaints and Feedback

Providing a positive test-taking experience is very important to 爱游戏体育. But despite everyone鈥檚 best efforts, occasionally issues arise. We are sorry for any issues that you experienced during your exam. If you would like to inform 爱游戏体育 about the problems you encountered, you can submit your issue either as an official LSAT complaint or as feedback.

This is important. If you submit an official LSAT complaint, 爱游戏体育 will place a hold on your file while we investigate your issue and concerns. This hold may delay the reporting of your LSAT score.

Official LSAT Complaints

If you submit an official LSAT complaint, 爱游戏体育 will investigate the issues and concerns raised in your official LSAT complaint in a timely manner. During 爱游戏体育鈥檚 investigation, 爱游戏体育 will place a hold on your file, pending the review of your official complaint. 

When you submit your complaint, you will be asked whether you would prefer to:

  1. Keep your LSAT score;
  2. Cancel your LSAT score and register for the next available LSAT administration; or
  3. If eligible, retest on a makeup date during the current LSAT administration.

If 爱游戏体育鈥檚 investigation confirms your complaint, we will proceed according to the retest preference you expressed at the time you submitted your complaint. If 爱游戏体育鈥檚 investigation does not confirm your complaint, you will still have the option to keep or cancel your score at that time; however, you will be responsible for paying for your registration fees for a future LSAT, and you will not be able to retest during the current administration. If you choose to cancel your LSAT score, 爱游戏体育 will list your LSAT result as a 鈥淐andidate cancel,鈥� and the canceled LSAT will be counted toward your LSAT test-taking limit. Please note that if you have reached your test-taking limit, we will not be able to register you for an upcoming LSAT administration.

How to Submit an Official LSAT Complaint

In order for your complaint to be investigated by 爱游戏体育, you must submit an official LSAT complaint through your 爱游戏体育 JD Account within two calendar days after the date of your applicable test.

To submit your complaint, visit the LSAT Status page of your 爱游戏体育 account and click the 鈥淪ubmit Test Day Complaint or Feedback鈥� link for the administration during which you encountered a problem. To have your concerns addressed as an official complaint, select the 鈥淭his is an official LSAT complaint鈥� option when asked how you would like 爱游戏体育 to address your issue. 

After you complete your submission, 爱游戏体育 will place a hold on your file while we investigate your issue and concerns. This hold may delay the reporting of your LSAT score. We will email you our decision once our investigation is complete.

Test Day Feedback

If you submit feedback instead of an official LSAT complaint, 爱游戏体育 will use the information you provide to help improve the LSAT experience going forward. We will not place a hold on your file and no additional options will be provided to you.

How to Submit Test Day Feedback

After the date of your test, you may submit feedback about your experience through your 爱游戏体育 account. To do so, visit the LSAT Status page of your account and click the 鈥淪ubmit Test Day Feedback鈥� link for the administration where you encountered a problem.

Please note: If you submit your feedback within two calendar days of your test, make sure to indicate that you would like 爱游戏体育 to address your issue as feedback. This will prevent us from placing a hold on your file.
